| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国城市的小汽车消费迅猛增长.在2007年增长20%的基础上,今年按各乘用车企业的目标,又将暴增31%.因此人们对资源、环境,或是道路拥堵等问题众说纷纭,但只有站在城市角度给小汽车作出合理的定位,才能消除分歧,正确判断小汽车消费现象,提出科学的小汽车消费导向.

| Abstract: | Regarding to the Reasonable positioning of cars in urban transportation system, the judgment should be whether it improves urban effective transportation, promotes good development of marketing and upgrades urban ecological awareness. In this connection, cars should be positioned as a part of urban traffic system dominated by public transportation. |
