基于PLC实现工频/变频电源的切换

摘    要:本文指出了传统的继电器.接触器控制电路的缺点,介绍了以计算机为基础的现代工业控制产品PLC和变频器,目的是要替代传统的控制方法,解决工业控制中工频/变频电源之间的切换问题,实现电动机在工频/变频两种模式下运行,在变频器出现故障时自动切换到工频运行方式并报警。实践证明这种控制方法安全可靠。

Abstract:In this paper,defects of the traditional relay-contactor control circuit are pointed out.The modern computer-based industrial control products such as PLC and converter are introduced,which is aimed to replace the traditional control method,so as to enable the change-over of industrial control frequency/variable frequency power supply.Through the programmable logic controller,the motor operates in both industrial frequency mode and converter mode.This control method is proved that it is safe and reliable.
