摘    要:汽轮发电机在运行期间出现了后轴承座冒油气以及滑油渗出现象.对冒油气以及滑油渗出的原因分析表明,高温下滑油的挥发性以及发电机旋转整流装置的鼓风机效应是导致上述现象产生的主要因素.提出3种改进措施,结合改进效果以及工程实施难度,选取了增加抽气孔方案作为最终处理措施.机组在完成改进后冒油气与渗油现象基本消失.

Abstract:The oil vapour overflowed and oil leaked from the back bearing pedestal of turbo-generator during working.Analyzed the reason based on the phenomenon,which show that the oil volatility under high temperature and the action of blower from the rotary selenium rectifier of generator are the main inducing complication.Three improve measures were proposed.The measure by adding bleed holes on bearing pedestal was been selected according to the improvement effect and implement difficulty.The phenomenon of oil vapour overflow and oil leak disappeared after improvement.
