摘    要:不同于一般课程,高职生就业指导课具有高目的性、高实践性、低理论性和个性化的特征,不同于本科生,高职生在就业指导课中表现出学习主动性不强、积极性不高及学习热情相对较低等特点.结合以上特点,论述了任务驱动教学法在高职生就业指导课中的实践意义以及如何进行课堂教学的组织与实施.

Abstract:Unlike most courses,employment guidance of vocational college students has high purpose,high practical,low theoretical and personalization features;different from the undergraduates,Vocational college students in Employment guidance show less motivation to learn,less enthusiastic,less enthusiasm and so on.This paper discusses in task-driven teaching mode in employment guidance of vocational college students and the point of views in the organization and implementation according to these two characteristics.
