载货汽车车架纵梁结构优化设计

摘    要:本文以某载货汽车车架纵梁设计为研究对象,首先运用材料力学计算公式,计算出槽型截面车架纵梁的力学参数,并对其进行分析,讨论纵梁截面变化对力学参数的影响,最后结合有限元分析对设计的车架静强度进行校核,得到的结果满足了使用要求,且达到了轻量化的设计目的。

The Optimization Design Of Heavy-Duty Truck Frame

Abstract:In this paper, by the means of combination of computational analysis and finite element checking, with a frame main sill design of some heavy truck as a carrier, first calculate the mechanical parameters of the groove cross-section frame main sill by a formula of material mechanics, analyze them and then discuss the influence on the mechanical parameters when there are changes in cross-section of main sill, at last check the designed frame static strength by combining with finite element analysis to make it meet the operating requirements, and accomplish the purpose of light weight design.
