The article introduces the master design of the elevated bridge in Wuxian Highway Reconstruction Project.Wuxian Highway to be reconstructed is one of expressways in the "3-ring and 13-shoot" road network defined in Wuhan Urban Master Planning.The total length of the project is 7.5 km.The type of ground double-way 6-lane road + elevated double-way 6-lane bridge is used in the whole line.The standard section width of the elevated bridge is 26 m.The pre-stressed concrete continuous box beam is used in the general road section and the steel continuous box beam is used to span the main road intersection.There are three groups of interchange and three groups of up-down bridge ramps to link up with the surrounding road networks in the whole line of the project.
