摘    要:在成都砂卵石地层中进行盾构施工,由于砂卵石中卵石的强度很高,对盾构机刀盘、刀具的磨损相当大;同时由于砂卵石地层土质级配的不均匀,刀盘及土舱内结泥饼,螺旋机进土口的大颗粒卵石的骨架(骨架拱)效应,直接影响到土压平衡的有效建立,以致盾构在掘进过程中超挖,严重影响隧道沿线周边环境及施工进度。该文重点介绍了成都地铁1号线盾构1标区间隧道施工过程中采用的土体改良技术措施,从而消除了由于砂卵石地层的特殊性质造成的不利因素,保证了工程的顺利进行及周边环境的安全。

Abstract:The cutter head and cutter of Shield machine are worn down greatly because of the high strength of pebble in sandy pebble during the shield construction in the sandy pebble stratum of Chengdu.And at the time,the mud cake is centralized in the cutter head and soil chamber caused by the nun-uniform soil gradation in sandy pebble stratum.The large granule pebble of framework(framework arch) effect at the inlet of screw machine directly impacts the efficient establishment of soil pressure balance so as to result in the shield over-digging in the course of tunneling and seriously to impact the surrounding environment and construction schedule along the tunnel.The article focuses introduction on the soil modifying technical measures taken in the tunnel construction project in the area of Shield Bid 1 in Metro No.1 Line of Chengdu so as to eliminate the disadvantage factors caused by the special property of sandy pebble stratum and to guarantee the smoothness of the project and the security of the surrounding environment.
