摘    要:黄浦江倒虹管工程是上海市污水治理二期工程中重要的节点工程,它连接浦西徐汇、卢湾二个区6个排水系统和浦东南线SA泵站。黄浦江倒虹管工程设计水量为18.43 m3/s,由浦东、浦西2座倒虹井和其间二根直径为2 200 mm、单根管长为610 m的黄浦江过江倒虹管组成。该文从特大型倒虹管工程的系统布置、规模论证、工程方案、水力计算、附属设施、施工工艺、运行管理和应急预案等各方面对上海市污水治理二期工程黄浦江倒虹管工程进行了全面的总结、研究和提高,为今后同类型工程的建设提供了宝贵的工程设计经验和项目参考实例。

Abstract:The project of inverted siphon across Huangpu River is an important part of the Shanghai Sewage Treatment Phase II Project.The project connects six drainage systems in Xuhui District and Luwan District and the South-Line-SA Pumping Station in Pudong.The design flow of this project is 18.43m3/s.It is composed of two inverted siphon wells and two inverted siphon pipes with the diameter of 2200mm and the length of 610m each in Pudong and Puxi.the paper comprehensively summarizes,studies and improves the inverted siphon across Huangpu River in the Shanghai Sewage Treatment Phase II Project from the aspects of the system layout,scale demonstration,engineering scheme,hydraulic computation,ancillary facilities,construction technology,operation management and contingency plans,which provides the valuable engineering design experience and the practical reference for the construction of the similar projects in the future.
