西安市交通拥堵问题分析及对策研究

城市交通拥堵是社会经济高速发展的必然结果。近年来,伴随着汽车行业的迅猛发展,许多大城市都相继出现了日益严重的"城市病"-交通拥堵,西安也不例外。该文提出了城市道路"交通拥堵"的界定,并分别从历史原因、技术原因、管理原因三个方面对西安市交通拥堵问题进行了深入研究,借鉴国内外城市解决交通拥堵的成功经验,探讨解决西安城市交通拥堵问题的对策。

Analysis on Traffic Jam Problem in Xian City and Study on Countermeasures

The traffic jam of a city is the inevitable result by the fast development of social economy.In the recent years,the increasingly serious "city disease"-traffic jam has happened one by one in many large cities,also in Xian City with the fast development of automobile industry.The article puts forward the definition for the "traffic jam" of urban road,deeply studies the traffic jam problem in Xian City separately from three aspects of history,technology and management,and discusses the countermeasures for the traffic jam problem of Xian City by the successful experience of solving the urban traffic jam at home and abroad.
