探究城市防洪综合评价模型及方法应用

目前我国城市防洪能力相对来说还比较低,城市的防洪系统不够完善。防洪技术和管理的落后,以及防洪规划的滞后等制约着我国城市防洪的发展。为此,探究城市防洪系统的综合评价问题有较大的意义。该文阐述了城市防洪系统综合评价指标的体系及其综合评价模型,并应用到现实的城市防洪系统综合评价中,以期为防洪系统规划建设与改进完善提供一定的借鉴。

Discussion and Study of Comprehensive Evaluation Model and Method Application in Urban Flood Control

At present, the urban flood control capability is relatively lower and the urban flood control system is not perfected in China. The backward technology and management of flood control and the lagged planning of flood control have restricted the development of urban flood control in China. It is significant to discuss and study the comprehensive evaluation of urban flood control. The article sets forth the comprehensive evaluation index system and the comprehensive evaluation model of urban flood control system, and applies its system and model into the practical comprehensive evaluation of urban flood control system in order to provide some experience for the planning construction and improvement perfection of flood control system.
