大循环智能压浆工艺在后张预应力管道压浆中的应用研究

摘    要:预应力孔道压浆质量决定预应力桥梁的安全性和耐久性,是桥梁生命的"保护神"。传统压浆工艺不能完全保证压浆的密实性。该文提出采用大循环智能压浆工艺进行后张预应力管道压浆。该系统具有实时监测水胶比、实时测控灌浆压力、浆液流量,以及远程监控等功能。经过工程实际应用证明其压浆效果很好,可取代传统压浆方式进行压浆。

Abstract:The grouting quality of the pre-stressed duct determines the security and the durability of pre-stressed bridge,and is the "protective deity" of the bridge life.The traditional grouting technology can not completely guarantee the compactness of grouting.This paper introduces the big-cycle intelligent grouting system to be used for the grouting of post-tensioning pre-stressed duct.This system has the functions of monitoring the water-cement ratio in real time,measuring and controlling the grouting pressure and slurry flow in real time,and the long-distance monitoring.The practical engineering application proves that the grouting effect is excellent,and it can replace the traditional grouting method.
