苏州工业园区娄江大桥悬臂施工控制研究

摘    要:娄江大桥采用纵向不对称悬臂法施工,必须通过施工监控指导施工,才能保证大桥顺利合龙。详细介绍监控中挠度测点和应力测点的布置,并对监测结果进行分析。事实证明,该桥的施工监控是成功的,中跨合龙时的实测高程差与施工监控预计高程差相差1.2cm,为纵向不对称的桥梁悬臂现浇施工控制提供了实例参考。

Abstract:Loujiang Bridge is constructed by the longitudinal asymmetrical cantilever process. It is necessary to monitor and guide its construction in order to guarantee the smooth closure of the bridge. The article introduces in detail the collocation of the deflection measuring points and the stress measuring points during the monitoring, and analyzes the monitoring results. The fact shows that the construction monitor of this bridge is successful. The measured elevation in the closure of the middle span is 1.2 cm differently from the expected elevation of construction monitor, which provides the practical reference for the control of longitudinal asymmetrical cantilever cast-in-situ construction of the bridge.
