摘    要:节能减排是我国经济可持续发展的必然选择,是目前工程规划设计必须优先考虑的重要依据。该文根据青草沙水库工程的特点,着重从工程规划布局方面,进行分析和优化,实现工程的节能减排的价值及效益。

Abstract:The energy saving and emission reduction are the necessary choice for the sustainable development of economy in China,and are the important basis to be considered on priority in the engineering planning and design now.According to the characteristics of Qingcaosha Reservoir Project,the article focuses analysis and optimization on the engineering planning layout to realize the value and benefit of the energy saving and emission reduction of the project.
