桥梁空心薄壁墩无支架翻模施工技术探索

摘    要:无支架翻模法施工以浇筑成型的钢筋混凝土为重要支承主体,无需搭设满堂支架。模板采用完整断面定型钢模板,模板不占用施工场地,可循环使用,无需配置太多的数量。施工工作平台则是与爬升模板连结为一个整体,随着桥墩不断向上施工。该文结合天定十七标盐沟大桥和武罐七标大岸庙特大桥进行无支架翻模施工方法的模板、操作台、安全爬梯的加工、制作,以及安装方法、监测方法、加固方法进行了论证。

Abstract:The non-scaffolding template turnover construction is not required to erect the full-type scaffolding by taking the pouring formed steel reinforced concrete as the important supporting body.The template is the complete sectional shaping steel template and does not occupy the construction field,which can be recycled and is not necessary to prepare too much quantity.The construction platform is connected with the climbing template into an entirety with the continuous rising construction of pier.The article demonstrates the processing,fabrication,installation,monitoring and reinforcing of template,operation platform and safe ladder by the non-scaffolding template turnover construction method for Yangou Bridge in Tianding Bid 17 and Daanmiao Bridge in Wuguan Bid 7.
