浅谈混凝土工程中裂缝的防治与加固

混凝土裂缝是工程建设中较为普遍存在的一种质量通病,它的出现轻则会降低建、构筑物的抗渗能力,从而影响建、构筑物的使用功能;严重时还会引起钢筋的锈蚀,加速混凝土的碳化,从而降低结构强度,影响建、构筑物的承载能力,缩短其使用寿命或者直接危及其使用安全。该文列举了工程结构施工过程中常见的混凝土裂缝种类,并对裂缝的形成原因一一进行了分析。同时,根据笔者多年的现场施工经验,认为消除混凝土裂缝贵在预防,并从六个方面提出了事前控制的预防措施,也对已经出现的混凝土裂缝提出了有针对性的修补与加固方法。

Elementary Discussion of Crack Prevention and Reinforcement in Concrete Engineering

The concrete crack is a quality fault more commonly existing in the engineering construction.The concrete crack will reduce the impervious capacity of the buildings and structures so as to affect the use functions of buildings and structures,or even cause the reinforcement corrosion and speed up the concrete carbonization so as to reduce the structural strength,affect the carrying capacities of the buildings and structures,and shorten the service life or directly endanger the use security of the buildings and structures.The article enumerates the concrete crack types commonly caused in the process of engineering structural construction,and analyzes the crack causes in detail.Based on the field construction experience for many years,the article indicates that the prevention is valued for the elimination of concrete crack,and puts forward the prevention measures of control ahead of time from six aspects,and proposes the repair and reinforcing methods especially for the existing concrete cracks.
