桥梁防洪计算机系统的建设与应用

摘    要:由于桥梁的修建减少河道的行洪面积,造成河道水位雍高,对河道防洪产生巨大的影响;同时洪灾冲毁桥梁的事故时有发生,造成了巨大的人员伤亡和财产损失,所以建立桥梁防洪系统十分重要。该文首先介绍桥梁防洪实时预报计算机系统的组成,然后应用此系统对某铁路桥梁在泄洪时的水位进行了实时预警,该系统提高了桥梁防洪预警的及时性和准确性。

Abstract:The construction of bridge will cause the high water lever of river because of decreasing the flood diversion area of river,which has an huge influence on the flood control of river,and also the accidents of the flood disaster to destroy the bridges happen sometimes,which causes the a lot of casualties and property damage.Therefore,it is very important to set up the bridge flood control system.The article introduces the composition of the real-time forecast computer system of bridge flood control,and uses this system to issue the real-time warning for the water level of a railway bridge during the flood discharge.This system improves the warning timeliness and accuracy of bridge flood control.
