工程项目管理与工程监理的比较研究

该文根据目前我国工程项目管理的现状,对工程项目管理与工程监理的特点进行阐述。通过对工程项目管理与工程监理之间差别的对比,分析两者之间主要内容的差异。比较结果:工程监理与工程项目管理的内涵基本一致,但监理效能未能发挥到对项目全过程、全方位、整体性高度上的管理与控制;工程监理的管理范围没有项目管理范围广,工程监理在整个项目周期中存在一定的局限性。找出产生当前工程监理与项目管理差距的原因,提出工程监理企业向项目管理企业发展的措施:工程监理的发展应努力提高自身水平,使我国建设监理事业更上一层楼,努力与国际水平接轨,重视人才重视市场,收集资料信息,积极推行工程总承包和工程项目管理是深化我国工程建设组织实施方式改革,积极开拓国际市场,使建设监理公司发展成为业主全方位服务的项目管理公司。

Comparison and Study of Engineering Project Management and Engineering Supervision

Based on the present status of engineering project management in China and comparing the difference between the engineering project management and engineering supervision, the article analyzes the difference of the main contents for the both, and sets forth the characteristics of engineering project management engineering supervision. The comparing result shows that the connotations of engineering supervision and engineering project management are basically same, but the supervision efficiency can not play the management and control in the whole process, all-round and integral height, the management range of engineering supervision is not wider than the project management, and the engineering supervision has a certain limitation in the whole project period. The article finds out the reason to produce the difference between engineering supervision and project management, puts forward the measures for the engineering supervision enterprise to develop to project management enterprise. The development of engineering supervision shall exert itself to enhance its level and to make the construction supervision of China scale new heights, does efforts with international standards, attaches importance to talent and market, and collects the data. Active promoting the engineering general contract and engineering project management is to deepen and reform the implementation mode of engineering construction organization in China. Active opening the international market makes the construction supervision company develop to become the all-round service of project management company for the owner.
