摘    要:研究目的:武广客运专线大瑶山1~#隧道平导施工进入F6断层时,掌子面发生大规模涌水涌泥,通过超前钻孔验证前方为一11.5 m长的高压富水岩溶断层破碎带横切平导,无法绕行。为此需要研究、探索适宜施工技术解决这一难题。研究结果:施工中严格按照“先探水、预注浆、后管棚、管棚补注浆、后开挖、径向补注浆、快衬砌“的总体施工原则组织施工,采取“排堵结合“的方法,安全快速的通过此断层破碎带。

Abstract:Research purposes:When the mean pilot construction of Dayaoshan Tunnel 1 of Wuchang-Guangzhou Railway Passenger Dedicated Line was conducted into Fault 6,the water-surging happened on the working face.The boring in advance showed in front of the working face there was a high-pressure rich water karst crush belt with total length of 11.5m,which cut the mean pilot laterally and could not be kept away,so it is necessary to do the researched for solving this tough problem. Research results:The overall construction principle of"Verifying water first,grouting in advance,laying pipe shed later,supplemental grouting through pipe shed,excavation later on,supplemental grouting radially and quick lining"was followed and the method of"Integration of drainage with block"was applied in the construction, which brought the mean pilot safe and fast passing through this fault crush belt.
