| 摘 要： | 某滚装船主机曲柄销烧蚀严重，造成曲轴弯曲0．45mm，曲柄销表面硬度超过正常水平3倍以上，且极不均匀。由国外修理无望的情况下，青远华林与青岛万度力公司携手开拓，创造性地在现场对该主机曲轴实施了校直、退火、加工等服务，并于2个月后，在青岛再次对该主轴进行检验．证明该修理工程的成功。

| Abstract: | In-site, straightening, alignment, annealing and prosessing of a MAN 10V52/55A winding crank-shaft are carried out at Dubai Anchorage, for its badly erosioned with 3 times of its proper hardness. In this article, we give a successful repairing procedttte under the hopeless repairing in ship yards both at home and abroad. |
