摩托车消声器降噪的参考思路

摘    要:多穿孔板的小孔直径与噪声频率紧密相关,小孔直径决定着噪声频谱中的主振频.从消声量公式看出,小孔数量增加、小孔总面积增大和小孔直径减小、穿孔板厚减薄等,肯定利于降噪.因此,对小孔直径、穿孔板厚度都有一定要求.对于摩托车高转速工况噪声不达标问题,完全可以通过改变内接管、插入管及多孔穿孔板小孔的尺寸来解决,以削减掉频谱中的主振频.

Abstract:The small hole diameter of multi-perforated plate which is closely related with noise frequency dominates the master frequency in noise spectrum. From the noise attenuation formula given in the paper, it can be seen that the increase of the number of small holes, enlargement of the total area of small holes and reduction of small hole diameters are surely beneficial to noise reduction. Therefore there are some demands set for the small hole diameter and thickness of the perforated plate. As for the problem that the motorcycle running at high speed fails to reach the required standard, it can be solved by way of changing dimensions of the inner tube, insert-type tube and small hole of multi-perforated plate for the purpose of reducing the master frequency.
