地铁盾构支洞步进技术

摘    要:在对以往盾构始发、盾构过站、盾构过钻爆段等施工方法及步进装置调查的基础上,结合重庆市会展中心交通工程礼嘉站-平场站区间和平场站-黄茅平站区间工程实际,对盾构小曲率半径、长距离步进方式及步进推力装置进行了较深入的研究,总结出一套安全、高效、适用于小曲率半径长距离盾构步进的施工新方法,有效减少了工程成本、缩短了盾构步进时间。

Abstract:A survey is made on the existing shield launching methods, the existing shield station-transfer methods, the existing shield "drill and blasting" section transfer methods and the existing stepping devices. A study is made on the long-distance shield stepping along small-radius curve, as well as on the shield thrust reaction devices, with Lijia sta- tion-Pingchang station section and Pingchang station-Huangmaoping station section in Chongqing as an example. A safe and efficient shield stepping method suitable for long-distance small-radius curve section is summarized. In the end, the construction cost is reduced and the shield stepping duration is shortened.
