摘    要:以深圳地铁新建3号线老街站换乘综合体与运营地铁车站接驳工程为实例,对运营车站临时加固防护、分部切割既有结构、新旧结构接驳等关键技术展开论述。提出运用金刚石绳锯与金刚石水钻相结合的一种静力切割工艺,很好地解决了该工程作业环境复杂、技术要求高、风险大等难题,安全、高效地完成了新建结构与运营地铁车站接驳工程。

Abstract:The key construction technologies for the connecting between the new structure and the operating Metro station, including the technology for the temporary reinforcement and protection of the operating Metro station, the technology for the step-by-step cutting of the existing structure and the technology for the connecting between the new structure and the existing structure are discussed in detail, with the connecting between Laojie interchange station and the operat- ing Metro station on line 3 of Shenzhen Metro as an example. A kind of static cutting technology, including diamond wire saw technology and diamond hydraulic drill technology, is proposed for the project, which overcomes such difficulties as the complex construction environment, the high.technology requirement and the high risks. In the end, the connecting between the new structure and the operating Metro station is executed with high safety and high efficiency.
