双线盾构穿越建筑群风险分析与控制

摘    要:为控制盾构线路穿越建筑造成的环境风险,以天津地铁3号线水上北路-吴家窑区间盾构穿越特级风险建筑群的工程实践为例,结合现场监测数据,对盾构施工的风险影响因素和影响程度进行了分析,在施工穿越的关键阶段控制了土压和注浆2个关键技术环节,从而很好地控制了建筑的不利沉降,值得类似工程参考借鉴。

Abstract:The risk factors and risk influence degrees in shield boring are analyzed,with the shield boring underneath buildings with super high risks from Shuishang North Road Station to Wujiayao Station on Line 3 of Tianjin Metro as an example,so as to control the environmental risks in shield boring underneath buildings.In the critical boring stage,the earth pressure and the grouting are well controlled.In the end,the settlement of the buildings is well controlled.The paper can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
