摘    要:为了解决海洋环境下混凝土结构过早腐蚀,达不到服役寿命的问题,通过对海洋环境下不同腐蚀区域、不同暴露时间的混凝土结构进行氯离子质量分数检测,研究了海洋环境下混凝土在不同区域、不同侵蚀时间的氯离子传输规律。结果表明:海洋环境下当侵蚀时间一定时,混凝土的氯离子质量分数由高到低依次为水下区、潮汐区、大气区,但潮汐区的混凝土外观损伤比水下区严重;当腐蚀区域相同时,混凝土中的氯离子质量分数随腐蚀时间的增加而增大,并随深度的增加而减小,最后趋于稳定;在腐蚀时间和腐蚀区域都相同的条件下,混凝土的抗氯离子侵蚀能力随水灰比的增大而减小。

Abstract:Concrete structures are subject to corrosion under the marine environment, which reduces their service life. In this paper, the authors study on the rules of chloride iron ingression in concrete at different positions and within different durations under the marine environment, by testing on the chloride iron content in the samples that are exposed to corrosion at different positions and within different durations. Conclusions drawn are as follows: 1 ) Within the same cor- rosion duration, the chloride iron contents in the concrete decrease in the order from the concrete underwater, to the concrete in the tidal zone and finally to the concrete in the air zone, and the appearance defect of the concrete in the tidal zone is more serious than that underwater; 2) At the same corrosion position, the chloride iron content in the concrete increases with the corrosion duration, decreases with the depth and stabilizes finally; 3 ) Within the same corrosion duration and at the same corrosion position, the chloride iron corrosion resistance capability of concrete decreases with the increasing of the water/cement ratio of the concrete.
