| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the present status of the safety assessment on the port machineries and the problems presented on the port cranes' safety assessment,this paper gives a safety assessment system which is based on Fracture Mechanics and is suitable in China.This paper also introduces the application of the system in the practical engineering. |
