| 摘 要： | 加强高校院系党政领导班子建设,发挥最佳的整体功能,防止和解决战斗力、凝聚力和向心力弱的问题,是实现高校院系职能的根本保证。本文从健全院系党政领导班子议事制度等方面,提出了加强高校院系党政领导班子建设,发挥整体功能的主要措施。

| Abstract: | The college and department leading team in higher education shoulders the responsibilities of managing teaching,science research,talents education and Party affairs.In order to enforce the team's construction and maximize its entire functions,this paper puts forward some main measures from various aspects,such as buildIing a system of affair-discussion conference at college and department leading team level. |
