| 摘 要： | 当前,我国交通运输发展已进入构建综合运输体系的新时期。发挥综合运输整体优势和组合效率对于支撑经济社会全面协调可持续发展至关重要。综合运输体系建设的关键是实现各种运输方式的有效衔接,而实现各种运输方式有效衔接的关键是要加强节点建设。综合运输枢纽是综合运输网络的重要节点,是城际和城市交通运输系统衔接的关键环节,是切实提高运输效率、方便乘客出行的有力抓手。因此,我们应抓住铁路大发展、机场建设和地铁建设加快发展以及国家公路运输枢纽规划全面实施的机遇,着手开展综合客运枢纽布局规划试点工作和示范工程建设,充分发挥各方面积极性,大力推进综合运输枢纽建设,真正实现零距离换乘和无缝衔接……
