环氧沥青混合料的弹性性能预测

摘    要:环氧沥青混合料的弹性模量和环氧沥青的模量密切相关。为了优化环氧沥青配方设计,采用蒙特卡洛法模拟产生符合实际分布特性的集料模型,设计出了不同集料体分比的数值试验,并获得了环氧沥青混合料弹性性能预测方程。经验证,随着玛蹄脂模量的增长,混合料的模量也随之增长,但增幅逐渐减小;对于相同的玛蹄脂模量,随着集料用量的增加,则混合料的模量也随之增加。环氧沥青混合料弹性模量的预测值与试验值相关性很高,由于混合料模量为弯拉模量,而结合料采用压缩模量,实际预测值较试验值略高,但总的预测结果可以满足工程实际要求。

Abstract:Modulus of elasticity of epoxy asphalt mixtures has very close relationship with epoxy asphalt matrix modulus.To development and design structure of epoxy asphalt mixtures,it is very important to predict elasticity performance of epoxy asphalt mixtures.A disperse model of aggregate using Monte-Carlo method is used to obtain different gradation of epoxy asphalt mixture.The model is proposed with namely Finite Element Method(FEM) to obtain the prediction equations of elasticity performance.It is proved that the modulus of elasticity of epoxy asphalt mixtures increase with growth of epoxy asphalt matrix modulus,and the growth rate keeping decrease.With the same percentage of asphalt matrix,the modulus of elasticity of epoxy asphalt mixtures increase with growth of aggregate petcentage.The relevance of predicted and testing results of modulus of epoxy asphalt mixtures is very good.As compression module was used for epoxy asphalt matrix and curved pulling modulus was used for the mixtures,the testing results is little higher than the predicted results.Although a little different,the predicted results can be used very well in numerical analysis.
