船舶尾管轴承的优化设计及试验研究

摘    要:根据船舶尾管轴承的实际工况,提出了一种较完善的尾管轴承润滑性能计算数学模型.利用流体动力润滑理论和有限元法对数学模型进行了求解,对船舶尾管轴承的润滑特性参数作了计算。在此基础上,建立了尾管轴承优化设计的数学模型,分别以功耗最小、“最小油膜厚度”最大为优化目标,通过改变长径比、间隙比、偏角比对尾管轴承进行了优化设计.在尾管轴承模拟试验台上对以功耗最小为优化目标的优化结果作了试验验证。

Abstract:According to the actual conditions of marine stern tube bearing, this paper proposes a mathematical model which is better than ever before used in calculating the lubricating properties of marine stern tube bearing. It utilizes hydrodynamic lubrication theory and finite element method, and obtains the parameters of lubricating properties of marine atern tube bearing. On this basis a mathematical model is set up for the optimum design of stern tube bearing. With the minimum frictional power loss and the maximum "the minimum oil film thickness"as the optimum objectives, the marine stern tube bearing is optimized by adusting length to diameter ratio, clearance ratio and altitude angle ratio. The result from optimization is verified by simulation test.
