摘    要:本文主要研究斜浪中作用于二维潜体(或看作为无限长的潜没柱体)上二阶定常波浪力的的力学机理和计算方法.研究表明.对圆柱而言,水平方向定常力在任意浪向中均可忽略.文中进而考察了潜没深度、浪向角和波浪频率对潜体垂向定常力的影响.同时,附带地证明了用于斜浪中二维绕射问题求解的格林函数在浪向角趋于横浪情况时可退化成横浪二维绕射问题中的格林函数.

Abstract:The second-order steady wave forces, Particularly the vertical steady forces, on aSubinerged body have drawn wide attention due to the special feature of the neutral buoy-ant condition of the body. The mechanism and the estimation method of the second-ordersteady wave rorces on a two-dimensional submerged body (which may also be regarded asa submerged horizontal cylinder of infinite length) in oblique waves are investigated in thepaper. The present study shows that the lateral steady wave forces on a circular cylinder arenegligibly small in waves of arbitrary direction. The effects of submergence, wave directionand wave frequency on the vertical steady wave forces on the submerged body are exainined. It is also proved in the paper that the Green's function adopted in the solution of thetwo--dimensional diffraction problem in oblique waves reduces to the one for thetwo -dimensional diffraction problem in beam sea when the wave angle tends to the beamsea condition.
