塔架与扣架一体化施工技术研究

摘    要:在大跨径钢管混凝土拱桥主索塔架和扣索塔架一体化吊装施工中,研究 了吊装塔的强度、稳定性、扣索伸长、内力测量以及拱轴线的控制等关键技术,确保了施工质量和施工安全。塔架与扣架一体化设计,可减少设备投入,降低工程造价,加快施工进度,其技术亦可应用于同类桥梁施工。

Abstract:In the construction of the long span concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge by using an integrated installation towers, the key technologies, such as strength and stability of the tower, deformation of a cable, measurement for the tension and control of the arch ribs, are researched in order to assure the construction quality and safety. The design of an integrated installation towers can decrease the input equipments, reduce the engineering costs and pick up the construction speed. This technology can be also used in the construction of the same kind bridge.
