摘    要:扼要介绍了自主开发的GD—1高压共轨柴油机电控系统的组成和原理,并详细介绍了元器件级和系统级的可靠性设计方法及过程。结果显示,通过精心的设计,该系统的可靠性达到了要求,为系统的商品化打下了坚实基础。

The Reliability Design for GD-1 Electronic Control System of High-Pressure Common-Rail Diesel Engine
Abstract:Reliability design is an important part of electronic control system design. The main system's success is related with it. After introducing the structure and function of GD—1 electronic control system of high pressure common rail diesel, reliability design process and method that composed of part and system level is introduced detail.Result shows that,with fine design, reliability of this electronic control system has met our expectation and it will give us a firm base for manufacture. 
