高职学生“软技能”培养机制创新研究

摘    要:高职生“软技能”是一种相对隐性的职业素质与能力,既包含思想道德素质、文化素质和身体心理素质,也包含从所有职业活动中抽象出来的最基本的职业能力,普适性是它最主要的特点,可适用于所有行业的所有职业。加强“软技能”培养,有利于促进高职教育内涵提升,有利于优化人才培养模式,有利于高职生就业创业能力的全面提升。高职学生“软技能”培养机制创新要以课堂教学改革为重点,以产教深度融合为特色,以全员、全过程、全方位育人为保障,达到培养出高素质高级技能性人才的目标。

Abstract:Soft skills of vocational colleges student is a kind of invisible professional quality and ability ,which in-cludes ideological and ethical quality ,culture quality ,physical and psychological quality and the most fundamental voca-tional ability abstracted from all of vocational activities ,while universality is the basic feature applied to all of vocations.It is benefit for upping vocational education connotation ,for optimizing vocational training mode ,for fully raising the a-bility of employment and business creation.For the aim of cultivating high-quality and high-skilled talent ,soft skills should be cultivated by the means of reform of class teaching ,deeply integration of industry and teaching ,nurture student all staff ,all process and all around.
