基于ansys的油底壳湿模态研究

摘    要:本文基于solidworks建立油底壳仿真模型,再将模型导入ansysworkbench软件,然后对油底壳网格无关性验证,然后对其约束干模态分析以及含有机油时湿模态分析,探究机油高度的影响对模态频率的变化情况.仿真实验结果表明在含有机油时随着液体高度的增加油底壳的模态频率大致呈下降的趋势.

Study on Wet Mode of Oil Pan based on Analysis of the Wet Modal of Oil Pan

Abstract:In this paper,the simulation model of oil pan is established based on solid works,and then the model is imported into ansysworkbench software,and then the mesh independence of oil pan is verified,and then the constrained dry mode analysis and wet mode analysis with oil are carried out to explore the change of modal frequency caused by the influence of oil height.The simulation results show that the modal frequency of oil pan decreases with the increase of liquid height when oil is contained.
