汽车专业中高职贯通培养模式的研究

目前,中高职贯通人才培养作为现代职业教育体系构建的模式受到越来越多的关注,本文以中山职业技术学院汽车专业与沙溪理工学校汽车专业中高职贯通培养为范例,进行了人才培养的设计与研究,重点解决汽车专业课程内容重复、基础课程薄弱、技能训练重复等课程贯通中的关键问题,从而提高中高职教育的办学质量,打通好技能型人才深造通道,为各大专业中高职人才贯通培养提供有参考价值的试点范例,实现以点带面辐射其它专业的效果。

Research on the Training Mode of Intermediate and Higher Vocational Education for Automobile Major

At present,as a model for the construction of modern vocational education system,the cultivation of talents through secondary and high vocational education has received more and more attention.This article takes the automobile major of Zhongshan Vocational and Technical College and the automobile major of Shaxi Institute of Technology as examples.The design and research of talent training focused on solving the key problems in the implementation of courses such as duplication of automotive professional curriculum content,weak basic courses,and duplication of skills training,so as to improve the quality of secondary and higher vocational education and open up a good channel for skilled talents.Through the training of middle and higher vocational talents,it provides pilot examples with reference value to achieve the effect of radiating other majors from point to point.
