Analysis of the Application of Robots in Automobile Intelligent Manufacturing

Abstract:The rapid development of China's automobile manufacturing industry has promoted the continuous transformation and upgrading of China's automobile industry.From productive labor-intensive manufacturing to today's intelligent robot application,it reflects my country's strong industrial manufacturing strength.The automobile manufacturing industry not only has the characteristics of a technology-intensive industry,but also has the characteristics of a labor-intensive industry.And in the production process,there are strict requirements for the accuracy and quality of parts manufacturing.And with the continuous deepening of China’s reform and opening up,the people’s living standards have been greatly improved,and the quantitative demand of China’s automobile market has continued to increase.Together with the continuous improvement and maturity of China’s consumer market construction,car manufacturers,in order to better meet the needs of the development of the market economy,began to seek the path of industrial transformation and upgrading.The development of mobile communication technology and computer network technology has brought about AI intelligent applications,and AI artificial intelligence has given birth to the development of the robotics industry.Intelligent robots have unparalleled innate advantages in the automobile manufacturing industry,which can improve industrial efficiency and greatly reduce automobile production costs,thereby helping automobile manufacturers to win large market shares in the fierce market competition.
