| Abstract: | On the basis of the analysis for the financial status of Guizhou expressway, the paper elucidated the meaning of asset securitization financing in Guizhou expressway, and then explored the establishment of a SPV with the government as the core, and some suggestions for Guizhou expressway asset securitization were provided. |
