摘    要:故障模式影响分析是可靠性分析的常用方法,以动车组主变压器为分析对象,按照功能对其组成部件进行分组,绘制功能框图说明主变压器内部能量、物质、信号的传递过程,逐一分析主变压器的故障模式、故障原因、故障影响及故障检测方法,并定性划分主变压器故障影响严酷度等级,最后得到故障模式影响分析表格。全面分析了主变压器的故障情况,对主变压器设计、维修及技术改造方面均具有指导性作用。

Abstract:Failure mode effects analysis is a common method for reliability analysis. In this paper, traction transformer of electric multi pie unit is the analysis object. Traction transformer components are grouped according to different functions. Transfer process of ener gy, material and signal in traction transformer are illustrated by functional block diagram. Modes, causes, effects and detection meth ods of failures are analyzed, severity are divided into several levels qualitatively. The consequent of this paper is failure mode effects a nalysis table. The traction transformer failures are in detail analyzed, it plays a guiding role in maintenance and technical alteration.
