| 摘 要： | 全球化所代表的历史大趋势与美国超强霸权的指向构成了世界最大的悖论。在这一历史大背景下，中国构筑自己的和平崛起的道路。这是一条全面融入世界与区域之路，也是一条必须应对美国之路。为此，中国要推行多边、平衡与伙伴战略，它具有全新的战略理念、战略思维、战略目标、战略重点和战略手段。

| Abstract: | The historical development of globalization and the inclination of the American hyperpower to dominate the world have formed a paradox situation in the world.Under this background China is building its own way to peaceful rising.It is a way for China to cope with American hegemony, as well as a way for China to merge into the world and the region.Thus,China will promote a multilateral and balanced partnership strategy that possesses fresh strategic ideas, thoughts, aims,emphases, and methods. |
