铁路抢修桥墩玻纤复合材料立柱稳定性分析

摘    要:我国现有的交通抢修器材大都是钢结构,构件重量大,设计承载低,已经难以完全适应现代战争的保障要求。以八三式铁路轻型军用桥墩为参考,采用玻纤复合材料设计了铁路抢修桥墩2m长桥墩立柱,利用ANSYS对所设计的桥墩立柱进行了特征值屈曲分析和非线性屈曲分析,并通过试验验证了分析方法的准确性。研究表明玻纤复合材料桥墩立柱具有较好的抗压承载力,复合材料在交通抢修器材中具有广阔应用前景。

Abstract:Due to the fact that current Chinese traffic rush-repair equipment is mostly made up of steel structures,each member of which is great in weight, and poor in design load, it can hardly meet the support needs under the conditions of modern war. In the light of the 83-type light military pier, this paper designs a 2-m-long GFRP column for the rush-repair of railway piers, with the characteristics of the buckling and nonlinear buckling of the column analyzed with ANSYS, and the validity of the a- nalysis method tested by experiments. It is found that the GFRP pier is strong in hearing capacity,which shows that composite materials may find wide applications in traffic rush-repair equipment.
