铁路工程招投标管理信息系统研究

为加强对铁路工程建设的管理水平,提高工作效率,研究和建立工程招投标管理信息系统具有一定的实用性和必要性.此文根据《《电子招标投标办法》的要求,对工程招投标管理信息系统基本结构、系统静态模型分类、系统动态模型的建立和实现方法进行研究,并对系统主要类别之间的关系和物资供应商相关实体类间的关系进行分析.通过研究与分析,进一步阐述评标专家依据管理信息系统参加评标的时序过程。

Research on Railway Engineering Bidding Management Information System

In order to strengthen the management of railway engineering construction level and improve the work ef- ficiency, it has certain practicability and necessity to research and establish the engineering bidding management information system. According to the requirements of Electronic tendering and bidding proce dures, the establishment and realization method of the basic structure of engineering bidding management information system, the system static model and dynamic model are studied, the relationship between the system main class and material supplier relationship between related entity class are analyzed. Through research and analysis, the sequential process of the bid evaluation experts to participate in the evaluation according to the management information system are further elaborated .
