摘    要:为满足铁路建设工程标准化、精细化管理的需要,铁建设2010] 223号文公布的“新版轨道定额”,其定额子目的设置强化了定额与施工组织设计的关联度.但在“新版轨道定额”的使用过程中,一些从业人员并没有严格执行定额的规定,造成施工工艺与施工组织设计脱节,引起概算编制的误差.此文通过工程实例进行分析,对“新版轨道定额”涉及到坡度的定额子目,如何结合实际工程施工运输组织来正确编制概预算,进行探讨,并对存在争议的问题提出建议。

Discussion of Compiling Budget after Introducing Concept of Gradient in New Tack Quota
Abstract:In order to meet the needs of the railway construction project standardized and fine management, the quo- ta subtitle settings of the new track quota issued in 2010 published strengthen the correlation between the quota and the construction organization design. But in the use process of the new track quota , some em- ployees did not strictly enforce the rules of the quota, which caused the disjunction between the con- struction technology and construction organization design and the error of budget compiling. This article carried on the analysis through the project example. How to correctly compile the budget according to ac- tual transport organization was discussed and the suggestions on contentious issues was put forward in view of the quota subtitle settings involving the gradient.
