| 摘 要： | 政府投资工程代建制模式的完善和发展需要加强对代建人市场的管理,代建人绩效考评是代建人市场管理的重要手段.根据代建人的工作特征,代建人的绩效考核是多因素综合评价过程,文中结合代建制模式的特殊性,以代建行为、代建业绩等5个方面为主要指标构建评价体系,用灰色多层次评价方法进行代建人的绩效评价.

| Abstract: | Achievement evaluation of agent construction manager is an important way to manage agent construction manager market for the development of agent construction management mode.For achievement evaluation which includes five parts: agent behaviors,job achievement and etc.,an index system is built based on the traits of agent construction management jobs and the particularity of agent construction management mode.Achievement evaluation is implemented by using multi-level grey evaluation method.It provides a reliable decision support for selecting a suitable agent construction manager and effectively carrying out incentive mechanism. |
