汽车覆盖件面轮廓度误差的测量

摘    要:介绍了面轮廓度公差的定义及面轮廓度误差的各种测量方法。提出了一种能够获取物体表面多数据(点坐标)、对被测物体无材质要求,并适合于测量面积大且易变形的覆盖件类零件面轮廓度误差的结构光测量方法。阐述了结构光光栅投影三维测量技术的原理,以某汽车内饰件为例。介绍了利用该原理测量覆盖件表面轮廓度误差的过程。

Abstract:The definition of surface profile tolerance and the different measure method of surface profile tolerance error are introduced in this paper.Present a kind of structure light measure method that can get surface multi data(point coordinate),has not of material requirement for the objectives to be measured and is applicable to measure those covering parts with big measuring area and easy to transform.Discuss for the objectives to be measured the principle of grating projection 3-D measuring technology of structure light,and take a vehicle inner trim for example,introduce the process of applying this principle to measure the surface profile tolerance erroring of covers part.
