| 摘 要： | 简要分析我国建设工程招投标的产生、发展及逐步成熟的历程，认为我国招投标经历过中止、尝试、推广、全面实行及规范、招投标走向法制化5个发展阶段，特别对招投标相关管理机制提出一些看法和建议，为参与招投标的业主、中介组织及投标单位提供一些借鉴。

| Abstract: | This article performs a brief analysis of the course from the birth,development to gradual maturity of tendering and bidding of construction projects in our country and expresses the view that the tendering and bidding of our country have experienced 5 development phases,viz.termination,trial,popularization,overall implementation and legalization of tendering and bidding.The article in particular presents some view and makes some proposal on the related management mechanism of tendering and bidding,providing certain reference for employers,intermediary firms and bidders involved in the tendering and bidding activities. |
