| Abstract: | Accurate orientations are put forward concerned with the connotation,definition,essential factors,principles and examination standards of the "full-science-ecchnology" pattern.The practices and the development of the "full-science-ecchnology" pattern in the China Railway Engineering General Corporation in the resent 6 years are analyzed deeply in this paper.Based on these aspects,the developing essentials and the key works of the "full-science-ecchnology" pattern in the advanced period are further proposed. |
