E-钙黏附素及增殖细胞核抗原在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其意义

摘    要:目的研究E-cadherin、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在胰腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化方法对59例胰腺癌组织的E-cadherin、PCNA进行检测。结果E-cadherin在胰腺癌组织比相应的癌旁正常胰腺组织中表达明显减低,高表达率仅为13.6%(8/59),且各组间(与癌组织分化程度、淋巴结转移以及临床分期)E-cadherin表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PCNA在胰腺癌组织比相应的癌旁正常胰腺组织表达明显增高,强阳性表达率为67.8%(40/59),且各组间PCNA表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在胰腺癌组织中,E-cadherin与PCNA表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论E-cadherin与PCNA异常表达与胰腺癌的分化、增殖、侵袭以及转移有密切的关系。

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of E-cadherin and PCNA in pancreatic adenocarcinoma and their clinical significance.Methods E-cadherin and PCNA in 59 cases of pancreatic adenocarcinoma was studied by immunohistochemistry.Results The decreased expression of E-cadherin in pancreatic adenocarcinoma was significantly lower than that in normal pancreas;the higher rate of expression only was 13.6%(8/59);and the expression of E-cadherin in various groups was statistically significant with the differentiation of carcinoma;the metastasis of lymph nodes and the clinical stages(P<0.05);the increased expression of PCNA in pancreatic adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal pancreas;the higher positive rate of PCNA was 67.8%(40/59);and the expression of PCNA in various groups was significant in statistics with the differentiation of carcinoma;the metastasis of lymph nodes and the clinical stages(P<0.05);the correlation between E-cadherin and PCNA was negative in pancreatic adenocarcinoma.(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expression of(E-cadherin) and PCNA are closely associated with the differentiation,proliferation,invasion and metastasis of pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
