摘    要:目前由于计算机技术和微电子技术的大量应用,电子设备的测试内容日趋复杂,对测试速度、精度和灵活性要求也日益增加,传统的测试手段已难满足现有一些设备的测试诊断,如何迅速、方便、有效地实现通信装备的故障自动检测、诊断和维修越来越受到科技工作者的重视,同时通信装备的可靠性及故障自动诊断能力也是衡量其技术水平的重要性能指标。

Abstract:At present, due to the extensive application of the technology of oomputer and micro- electronics, the testing oontent of electronic facility has been increasingly complex ,and the request of testing rapidity and precision ,as well as testing agility, has been oontinuously asked for, meanwhile the traditional testing methods have not satisfied some of the testing and diagnosis of facility now. How to rapidly, conveniently, effectively realize the malfunction auto - testing, diagnosis and maintenance of communicating facilities, has been increasingly attached importance to by people.
