一种双层规划OD矩阵估计新方法及工程应用

OD矩阵是交通运输规划、管理等工作的基础资料。该文在深入对比分析国内外已有研究成果的基础上,提出一种基于可靠度和双层规划的OD矩阵估计新方法。该方法能充分利用路段观测交通量和先验OD矩阵来估计未知OD矩阵。区域工程实践结果表明,该方法比传统方法精度高,效率和经济性好,达到了预期的效果。

A New OD Matrix Estimation Method Based on Bi-level Programming and Engineering Application

OD matrix is the fundamental information in transportation planning and traffic management.After an overview of existing researches at home and abroad,a new OD matrix estimation method based on reliability and bi-level programming is proposed.This method can fully utilize the road section to observe the traffic flow and the transcendental OD matrix to estimate the unknown OD matrix.The areal engineering practical result makes clear that this method is of higher precision,and better efficiency and economy than the traditional method,and the prospective effect has been gained.
