车载2t移动梁起重机的设计与强度校核

摘    要:设计了一款车载2t移动梁起重机,介绍了车载移动梁起重机的基本组成和工作原理,并应用材料力学及机械原理知识对起重机的移动梁与导轨的力学强度进行了校核,计算结果表明,选用的移动梁材料Q235B和导轨材料工字钢120A均能够满足设计要求。

Abstract:The moving girder crane in vehicles was designed in this paper, and its basic structure and working principle was introduced. Mechanics strength of moving girder and guiding orbit was emended utilizing the knowledge of materials mechanics and principle of mechanism. The results showed that the materials of moving girder of Q235B and the materials of guiding orbit of I20a could satisfy requirement of design.
